These sessions will focus on developing strong technique, emphasizing proper form and building a solid foundation of skills. The primary goal is to refine and master key wrestling movements. These sessions are designed for wrestlers who are good listeners and follow direction. Sessions will also include a mix of games, live wrestling, and light strength training to keep things engaging and fun!
