After School Youth XC Running Crew
Join the HS Cross Country (XC) team and Coaches for this after school running club and an opportunity to run in a home XC Meet!
Each day includes - Warm-ups, a Specified Workout and a Cool-down: stretching + abs + nutrition & hydration talk.
