In this class you will learn the do's and don'ts of sourdough bread making. You will learn how to make your own sourdough bread, how to do the stretch-N-folds, shape and score the bread. You will get a couple recipes and your own starter so you can start making your own bread! Please bring: a medium size bowl and a wooden spoon. Use the popular finger knitting technique to craft cute, seasonal decor! Our main projects will be a soft pumpkin made from chunky yarn, measuring approx. 12-14 inches in diameter. We’ll begin by practicing the finger knitting technique together, so don’t worry if you’re a beginner. You’ll be guided at your own pace every step of the way.Instructor: Jane Helgestad

Join us for a unique experience that combines stand up paddle board yoga with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. Class will begin with a brief introduction to paddle boarding with techniques and saftey along with a gentle yoga warm-up before finally experincing a meditative sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums, while you float peacfully on your SUP board. All participants must sign a waiver and be over age 16.
