In this class you will learn the do's and don'ts of sourdough bread making. You will learn how to make your own sourdough bread, how to do the stretch-N-folds, shape and score the bread. You will get a couple recipes and your own starter so you can start making your own bread! Please bring: a medium size bowl and a wooden spoon. Dive into the timeless art of cross-stitch in this beginner-friendly class! Learn the fundamentals of this relaxing and rewarding craft, including how to read a pattern, select materials, and make basic stitches. Materials will be provided for each class member to create a cross-stiched bookmark and the confidence to tackle more cross-stitch projects on your own.

The Becker Blast Softball Association in coordination with the St. Cloud State University softball team is hosting a softball clinic for all girls in grades K-6. This clinic will be run by the SCSU coaching staff with assistance from the SCSU softball team. Players will receive instruction in throwing, catching, hitting, and base running. This clinic is for any girls looking to learn more about softball, whether they have softball experience or not. Players new to the sport are encouraged to attend!! Special Instructions: (i.e. supplies participants need to bring to class) Players should bring a glove and wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothes. If players have a bat or batting helmet, they can bring them as well. If not, they will be provided.

In CANDY CORN CATAPULTS, students become "Siege Engineers" as they design, build, and calibrate their very own desktop launchers. The mission? To successfully navigate the physics of flight and land a "harvest" of candy corn into a series of bubbling cauldrons. It's a race against gravity and a test of architectural strength!

Come dressed in your favorite school appropriate costume and get ready for a creepy-crawly adventure! We will explore the fascinating world of bugs and other creepy crawlers through fun activities, games, a hands-on craft, and a tasty snack. It's sure to be a spook-tacular time full of learning, laughter, and fun!

Dive into the adorable world of amigurumi with this sweet and beginner-friendly crochet class! In this course, participants will learn how to create a charming Donut Buddy—a cute, plush donut character that makes a perfect gift, decoration, or addition to a collective crochet toy set. You’ll learn essential amigurumi techniques, including working in the round, increasing and decreasing stitches, stuffing and shaping your toy, and adding simple embroidered or crocheted features to give your donut its own personality. No prior amigurumi experience is needed—basic crochet knowledge is helpful but not required. All materials will be provided, and every participant will leave with their own completed (or nearly completed!) Donut Buddy and the skills to continue exploring the delightful world of crochet toys. Join Mrs Peroddy as we create some amazing art all to do with Halloween and the fall. We’ll use a variety of art supplies like clay, paint and yarn.

You will make 4-5 different kinds of chocolates (chocolate covered almonds, carmel, rice krispies, turtles, chocolate covered pretzels) All ingredients and supplies included in the price. You will be around nuts, peanuts. Bring a container to take your chocolates home with you.

INTERMEDIATE GYMNASTICS IS FOR AGES 7YRS - 6TH GRADE. THIS CLASS MOVES AT A FASTER PACE, GOOD FOR YOUNGER STUDENTS THAT HAVE BEEN IN GYMNASTICS BEFORE OR OLDER STUDENTS THAT ARE JUST STARTING OUT. DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU ARE OLDER THAN THE AGE REQUIREMENTS. YOUR CHILD WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CLASS IF THEY ARE OUTSIDE OF THE AGE GROUP FOR THE CLASS***

This course is not available for regular registration, you must have been given a passcode. Jr Bulldogs Gymnastics is a competitive team that students are invited to join. Team members are evaluated and taken from the Recreation gymnastics with Amy classes.

Legacy Basketball is a Youth Basketball program that focuses on teaching the skills of basketball and using skills to compete. Kids will learn: Skills featuring ball handling, passing, shooting, defense. Fun competitions that focus on the use of these skills 2nd graders will also be playing 3 on 3 and 5 on 5 each week.
